Demon Gaming Rules/Code of Conduct
DEMON GAMING LLC
-Code of Conduct:
1. Demon Gaming Members are to always represent Demon as a positive gaming community. Toxic behavior, or actions unbecoming of a Demon member is not permitted at any time, for any reason.
2. Prohibited actions and behaviors include, but are not limited to: hate speech, harassment, sexual harassment, racism, discrimination, slander, console and gameplay modding, stolen valor, theft, illegal drug use, posting of pornography or any media of an inappropriate nature, blackmail, and piracy.
3. Squad leadership is responsible for the scheduling and hosting of gamenights and workshops, as well as the enforcement of the Demon Gaming Code of Conduct.
4. DEMON GAMING has an Open Door Policy, any member can go to any leader with any issues or ideas, but it is highly encouraged that members follow the proper chain of command to ensure matters are handled appropriately.
5. DEMON GAMING is an activity based community. Meaning, if you cannot attend game nights or any other DEMON GAMING related events for an extended period of time without notifying your chain of command, you could be removed from DEMON GAMING
6. A DEMON GAMING member never leaves another DEMON members behind. We ask that you refrain from “rage quitting” in the middle of a game or match. If you sign up to participate in an event, it is your responsibility to notify the appropriate staff/members in a timely manner if you cannot attend.
7. The lowest age allowed to be recruited into DEMON GAMING is 18, however the divisions within DEMON GAMING may have higher standards, this policy is in place at the discretion of a DEMON Senior Leader.
8. DEMON GAMING members are not permitted to be a part of any other clan or community other than comp members.
ALL DEMON GAMING MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE DEMON GAMING “CODE OF CONDUCT”.
Members who violate any portion of the DEMON GAMING Code of Conduct may be subject to removal from this community at any time without warning.

The DEMON GAMING Code Of Conduct
The DEMON GAMING Code Of Conduct is in place to help establish and maintain a high standard of conduct for members within the community. Breaking DEMON GAMING Code of conduct can result in disciplinary action ranging from Suspension to being Blacklisted.
To maintain the high standards and ideals of DEMON GAMING, all members must understand and abide by the following Code Of Conduct.
• DEMON GAMING upholds itself as a positive gaming community and operates using the golden rule. Treating others how you’d like to be treated. All members agree to abstain from toxic behavior or actions unbecoming of DEMON GAMING standards towards both members AND non-members at all times.
• DEMON GAMING has a 0 tolerance policy for all forms of harassment, sexual harassment, abuse, racism, or sexism for any reason. DEMON GAMING does NOT condone or tolerate sexual misconduct (especially towards minors) on our platforms, regardless of state or country laws. Any members caught engaging in the actions listed prior are subject to immediate/Instant removal from the community per senior leadership.
• Demon Gaming members are not permitted to be a part of any other gaming clan or community besides comp members.
• By joining Demon Gaming, all members agree to uphold the core values of the community, the Terms of Service of all community-used platforms (Xbox, Forums, and Discord), and follow all policies/procedures put in place.

Demon Gaming Mission Statement
Demon Gaming's Mission Statement is to create a large, dynamic, and complex gaming organization that provides leadership experience and a family environment by encouraging anyone looking to better themselves within the areas of education, leadership, multimedia and so much more. With this environment, it is the goal to provide everything needed for members to become the best version of themselves, while creating the best version of this community all while enjoying gaming with their peers
